When you workout at Radiance Fitness, we have a thorough intake process, beginning our journey with a comprehensive consultation that includes a detailed FIT3D Scan to gather baseline data points on your biometrics. We also set you up with an easy-to-use app to keep track of your progress and achieve your fitness goals. 

Facility

Radiance is an immersive training environment like no other. A seamless marriage of nature and technology, the entire facility is equipped with Phillips Hue therapy lighting, HyperIce, TheraGun recovery tools, FIT3D scanner, and high-end sound systems and therapeutic grade essential oils that will generate coherent signaling to create a quantum shift in your life.

All inputs become outputs and our facility is designed to immerse participants into a transformative experience of health, fitness, and healing. Radiance Fitness is truly a playground designed to level-up all of your attributes and unlock new abilities and superpowers.

I was inspired to start training with Dey myself after my older son reported having his shoulder problem fixed. He had struggled with a shoulder injury for several years, which Dey "fixed" in a few weeks.

I play soccer, basketball, golf, bike ride and enjoy all outdoor activities. I had just turned 60 when I started training with Dey. I have a history of a back injury from a car accident in 2009, torn ligaments in my left ankle and torn meniscus in both knees. I put a lot of energy into physical therapy, chiropractic care, yoga, pilates and regular weight training to keep participating in the sports and activities I enjoy. When I met Dey, my knees, back and shoulder were all keeping me from competing as much as I would like.

Dey got to the underlying cause of each of my physical ailments, focusing on mobility, flexibility and proper technique in each exercise that led to my building strength and stability to my whole system.

I appeared to be pretty fit when I started with Dey. In the course of our training I lost about 10 lbs of fat, became significantly more muscular, changed my diet and eating habits, use new breathing exercises on a daily basis and feel better everyday. He helped me to properly do full squats with significant weight building up my legs and knee functionality beyond what I could do with my knees when I played college soccer (I had avoided full squats since my 20’s)
